How DenseDC handles information you send via densedc.com. Effective 2026-07-18.
Who we are
DenseDC operates densedc.com, densepod.com, and densestack.com for brand and commercial design services. Contact: hello@densedc.com.
What we collect
- Information you choose to send in a consult request or email (name, email, organization, location, project notes)
- Standard web server / CDN logs (IP address, user agent, referrer) as processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare)
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, quote design work, improve the site, and maintain records related to trademark and commercial use. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Service providers that host email or the website may process data under their terms. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed for business and legal evidence purposes, then deleted or archived under ordinary practice.
